• Consulted five major vendors (including two of the biggest accounts in Consumables Europe) accounting €200MM+ yearly revenue about strategy and operations while co-managed the vendor relationships• Supported and advised the vendors as the key contact person for all core aspects of investment strategy, daily operations, data analysis, in-stock management, marketing, revenue generation and growth strategy on Amazon• Conducted top-level analysis based on internal KPIs to identify opportunities of profitability, availability and growth; helped vendor managers to negotiate better terms with an impact of €5MM+ in potential profitability increase
