With more than 25 years management experience in sales and operations, as well as 12 years in the real estate industry, Bob began his chaplaincy career in September 2021. He is credentialed through International Fellowship of Chaplains, served 2 years as chaplain for Marketplace Chaplains and most recently launched Enterprise Chaplains.Through his experience in corporate America, he has learned the incredible value of building lasting relationships, earning trust, and serving people. In his words, “all my years in the business space have prepared me for service as a chaplain in the workplace.” Enterprise Chaplains is built on the Bible verse, Philippians 2:3, “Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, . . .” Bob strives to show others the heart of Christ through his chaplaincy and personal life.Bob is a Colorado native and moved to Star, ID in June 2024, He is husband, dad, papa, and friend to many. Bob and his wife, Valerie, have four adult children and nine beautiful grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, biking, pickle ball, golfing, volunteering, and spending time with family. Bob believes chaplaincy is truly his kingdom assignment. He loves casting vision and continues seeking out challenges as he works with companies who are investing in their employees. Bob is always available and spends his time as a chaplain offering support, comfort, resources, and prayer regardless of their faith.
