My Projects with geographically distributed team:1.ModeOps. For risk management department of large Top-10 bank launched new infrastructure for machine learning models on MSA platform. We are using technologies: Kubernetes, MlFlow, AirFlow, Jenkins, Minio, Hadoop and Oracle. Team: 25 - 30 people.• Led from scratch two projects with budget of $5M;• Contributed to reducing time to market from 6 to 1 month;• Supervised upsell activities generating more income to the company;• Grew a geographically distributed team from 2 to 30 people;• Transformed the project from a small fixed price project into a time and material project with a $5mln budget, labor costs of ~ 16,000 man-days, and increasing cash inflow;• Organized the architecture solution approval process to use open-source products, which benefited the client by decreasing the OPEX;• Reduced annual staff turnover from 40% to 15% with using agile approach and regular team building activities;• The project was awarded Project of Year 2021 by Global CIO. https://globalcio.ru/projects/18692/2. SOC (Security Operations Center). Launched to commercial usage an events data collection system based on Oracle BDA Hadoop cluster. SOC aims to dercrease incident reaction time and prevents incident in real time mode. The system collects ~1.2TB data flow per day and processes ~60 miles events per second. Team: 10 people. • Worked closely with the product developing team to design change request requirements ensuring Customer’s needs were fulfilled;• Moved the project to post-production/support stage; 3. Fusion Risk (ALM, IRRBB, Basel 3). In a large bank located in Saudi Arabia was launched to commercial usage special risk management software based on Finastra Fusion Risk solution. Team: 8-15 people from 6 countries.All project achieved the target level of annual profitability by using risk, stakeholders and communications plans, budget and milestone control.

Head of development of the Unified Salesman Workspace System (USW). USW is the general front-office system which integrates and combines MegaFon sales-points all over the Russian Fegeration. The system supports more than 2,000 sales-points. We use Scrum as a primary approach in our projects. My projects: 1. Offline Services. Stop-sales risks in 2,000 salespoints were minimized through transformation of the system architecture and the application software. 2. Consolidation. 8 distributed regional instances were consolidated into a single unified apllication instance, including moving to Oracle DBMS. • Functioned as the head of development of the Unified Salesman Workspace System maintaining more than 2,000 sales-points all over Russia and slashing stop-sales risks by 20%; • Built and implemented the system development roadmap to consolidate 8 distributed regional system instances into a single unified application instance, thus reducing the average incident response time by 50% and the average time of incident resolving by 25%; • Using Scrum methodologies, consolidated the vendor’s and the customer’s teams to reduce time to market.

Imlementation of vendor software in insurance companies.My projects:1. Front-end Products. Functional blocks of travel insurance, motor vehicle insurance and mortgage insurance were introduced. The PI index of the project was increased by 45%. Following the agile practices, the releasevelocity and time-to-market index were decreased from 2 months to 3 weeks.• Established a change request process increasing the PI index of the project by 45%;2. Reinsurance. Back-office reinsurance system was introduced.• Led the launch of the front-end travel insurance solution and back-office reinsurance system;• Implementing Agile practices, contributed to a decrease of the release velocity and time-to-market index from 8 weeks to 3.
