No marketing agency in the area would grant me an interview after I graduated college, so I decided to start my own.I am the founder and CEO of IMPACT, a coaching and training company that helps businesses improve their sales, marketing, communication, and leadership. I started IMPACT in 2009, as a small marketing agency, but over the years it has grown into a leading provider of business coaching and training services. My focus is to help people grow as professionals and as leaders. The purpose of IMPACT is to create heroes, grow businesses, and change lives, something I take very seriously. We’re on a mission to have a significant positive impact on 10,000 businesses all over the world. I am humbled by the recognition I have received, including being a 40 under 40 winner and being listed on Glassdoor's Best CEO for Small Businesses list. In my free time, I enjoy running, traveling, checking out new restaurants, and sipping on my favorite bourbon. I am a fan of the New York Yankees, New York Jets, and Ohio State football. I'm driven, I’m passionate, and I’m always looking for ways to improve and make a positive impact in the world.
