Jeg har med succes arbejdet med at udvikle en kultur ved mine kunder, som fremmer forandringslysten og udvikle ”growth-mindset” Jeg har udviklet en værktøjskasse som både kan måle den oplevede adfærd, designe den ønskede adfærd og understøtte implementering af denne.
