Plant Supervisor-06-2006 / 02-2007 Supervised warehouse activities including repackaging, dock and inventory operations.

Plant Manager Lapeer, MI 06-2000 / 05-2005 Successful turnaround of acquired bankrupt operation.  Responsible for P&L activity. Planned, staffed, budgeted and managed production, quality assurance, testing, purchasing, plant engineering and field/technical support. Recipient of Corporate highest marks for Most Improved Productivity and Quality.  Recipient of Corporate highest marks for Most Improved Customer Satisfaction as established through corporate survey. Built and led Quality Team to world-class certification (QS-9000). Plant Manager Grand Blanc, MI Plant #2 06-1998 / 06-2000  Successful turnaround of acquired bankrupt operation. Responsible for P&L activity. QS-9000 certification 06-2000 Awarded Best Productivity Improvement 2000. Awarded Best Customer Survey results 1999 and 2000.
