Cubresa is a start which requires all employees to do a number job functions. In my position as Director-Operations, I was responsible for all Operations, Quality and Finance managerial duties. I also performed the daily operational tasks for production planning, inventory control, S & R, and buyer and supervised the product assembly staff.I was in charge of Customer support including installation of equipment and service of installed equipment.Quality tasks included CM/DM duties, creating and editing Quality System documents. Finance duties included cash flow management, budgeting review, year end audit review, managing finance personnel and working with various accountants and auditors as required.I participated on the Board of Directors as the Secretary.
