I have a deep passion for discovering solutions that solve pain points for users, drives user engagement, as well as creates rare moments of delight even through the most mundane of tasks. I love combining user research and metrics with heavy dose of creativity and intuition to drive products. But most importantly, I love bringing focus to the people using the products. Talking to users, hearing their stories, empathizing with their frustrations, delighting in their joy, and understanding their process. This is where we make our greatest discoveries. I’ve worked with companies in their early startup stages all the way to Fortune 500 (Staples, Home Depot, State Farm, American Express, etc.) to drive a user centric approach that created lasting impact.Once you get to know me personally you’ll quickly learn that on top of being one of the biggest geeks, you’ll also come to know that I value integrity and a good sense of humor above all else. If you don’t know how to work hard and laugh harder, we probably won’t be a good fit. In my free time I like to continue growing my mind and body through online classes and gym sessions. I love building things using one of my two 3D Printers, my laser cutter, my Cricut, among other tools. Current project includes building out a low res LED panel for putting in pixel art into it. Finally I am also an avid gamer playing on my PS4, Xbox, Switch, or my own custom computer rig built with my own two hands to ensure a smooth ride through Vive VR games.
