Held various technical positions while at Xerox Corporation. Roles included Quality Testing, Product Development, Program Launch and Technical Program Manager.As Technical Program Manager, I provided project planning and management ensuring projects were completed in support of new digital printing systems. I was the lead subject matter expert regarding all technical aspects including ensuring the product specifications were clearly written, engineering understood and delivered software that was properly working.My role as Product Manager for mid-range digital printing system, included managing the product through its lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing customer requirements working closed with product marketing and engineering departments.Starting my career as a Quality Test Engineer and Manager, I performed various duties to ensure the features of new digital printing systems operated according to product specifications. Documented quality standards, inspected user documentation, developed quality control system and determined corrective actions. Worked with software engineering, product launch, marketing and management presenting reports and findings.
