I held this contract position concurrently with my full-time positions. This was a rent in lieu of services arrangement. Served as assistant to the Executive Director largely responsible for monitoring the facility as a resident caretaker. I lived on the grounds for the entire 14 year period I was there. In addition, I was the facility manager during evening classes and Saturdays. In this role I was responsible for supervision of all activities and classes, including security. Other duties included grounds manager, lawn care, waste/trash management, snow removal and assuring all walkways in the 3.5 acre property were treated for ice. Excellent references available.
