Bob was awarded the NAI Global Chairman's Award-West Region in 2001 and 1998; the NAI Global President's Award-North America in 2011 and 2008. In February 2013 Bob was recognized by Linkedin as among the "Top 1% in the United States most-endorsed for Brokerage."Within NAI Global Bob originated, organized and coordinated a council of principals, directors and managers of twenty five firms in the Western United States. The group has been meeting quarterly in various cities around the country since 2004 to share best practices for management of their firms and development of their brokers. The group has evolved into such a successful organization that it has become the paradigm for similar councils throughout the global network.

Bob became CEO of NAI Capital in December 1993. His first project was to add an industrial division to the office, retail, investment and apartment brokerage of the then 16-year old, 42-broker, two-office company in Encino, California.Since 1993 Bob has managed the growth of the firm to its current 250-broker, 14-office configuration serving five counties of Southern California and emphasizing the company’s worldwide platform to deliver services as the largest of the 325 offices of 5,000-broker NAI Global. In his joint position as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer, Bob designed and successfully launched NAI Capital's first website and Intranets. In 2013 he managed the complete revamping of the NAI Capital website and integrated it with the NAI Global public and Intranet websites. With the growth and increasing sophistication of the firm's online presence, the company evidenced its commitment to technology by increasing the volume and functionality of online services to its brokers. Under Bob's management, the implementation of local area networks, wide area networks and a plethora of databases and software systems have consistently ranked NAI Capital in the forefront of technologically advanced brokerage firms in the nation. In 2011 he successfully transitioned the technology platform from in-house servers to cloud computing and significantly enhanced the technology tools available to the firm's brokers.

As CEO of The Delta Company, Bob established a joint venture with Oltmans Construction Company to develop the 30-acre Heritage Oak Business Park in Simi Valley, as well as other commercial and industrial real estate projects in Southern California.

San Fernando Valley

Bob established Delphi Business Properties, a commercial and industrial brokerage firm, in West Los Angeles in 1977. Bob moved the company to the San Fernando Valley in 1981 to engage in industrial brokerage and development.
