JURISDICTIONAL OBJECT PROGRAM – standardized third-party inspections of equipment across the organization. Identified approximately 10% of the equipment did not have proper pressure-relief devices, which could have led to an over-pressurization failure.LOCKOUT TUNNEL UPGRADES – discovered that electrical wiring of tunnels allowed for possible override of the emergency stop (E-stop). Partnered with Maintenance to develop a project and timeline to upgrade E-stops to prevent overrides at Tunnel or Master Control Centers.WATER REUSE – Developed first-ever, companywide standard for underground utilities at each location allowing for water reclaim/reuse; design reduced scheduling and coordination efforts for local management.

Developed the North American (NA) business plan, which included revenue projection and P&L over the first 36 months and the establishment of a subsidiary in Canada for the NA operations.• We did not receive second round of funding due to recession negatively impacting the main funder.

Radar Defense Systems Management for ground, naval and air based guidance systems for the US Military. Responsible for safety and environmental compliance for a 12,000 employee site. Responsibilities included environmental compliance, emergency response as well as for employee safety and well-being against exposure to physical and chemical agents.
