Sales & marketing support/consults of Industry 4.0 project;3. Engineering and execution of Industry 4.0 project;4. ZPMC automatic crane emulation system project: presale, simualtion software training and technical support of system development;5. Take part in the construction of Siemens digitalization experience center for process industry located in Shanghai. Responsible for automation and instrumentation of the chemical demo unit.Be a DEC Commentator for the visitors;6. Visit Siemens PA headquarter located in Karlsruhe and Siemens software company located in Toulouse to learn the digialization DEMO of pharmaceutical unit during the November of 2017;7. Be the technical leader of the project of the digitalization DEMO of pharmaceutical unit located in the Siemens Chengdu High-tech area, such as system architecture design, virtualization platform design, automation control system and instrumentation design.

As department leader, dedicated to the main business of Industry 4.0 practice for Pharmaceutical and Machinery industry. Main responsibilities include:1. To build up a professional automation engineering team and set up technical and project management procedure;2. To provide the comprehensive solution of Process Data Acquisition, Energy Monitoring and MES integration for Pharmaceutical and Machinery industry, based on B&R APROL automation control system;3. Design and develop the central monitoring system of injection moulding machines (B&R X-Mold 88 control panel) based on APROL.

Function as instrument and control engineer of project team for JM's new investment in China of Chemical Catalyst Project for coal to natural gas industry. As JM's responsible of I&C principle, responsible for the saftey, quality, schedule and budget of Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and Detailed Engineering Design (DED).FEED of Chemical Catalyst Project:1. Supervise the schedule and quality of electical, instrument, control system and TEL design by engineering design company;2. Design the control system and PIMS archetecture of the whole plant, including Oxidation and Reduction two separate production line;3. Compose URS (User Requirement Specification) for the control system and PIMS;4. As the JM responsible of I&C principle, attend Hazard Study or HAZOP organized by engineering company;5. Responsible for the budget estimation of I&C and TEL.DED of Chemical Catalyst Project:1. Design the instrumentation symbols and identification accrording to ANSI/ISA-5.1-2009 for P&ID;2. Reassign the the instument tag number to have a consistent name convention for the whole plant;3. Attend Technology Risk Assessment hold by JM UK and India process experts;4. Design the process control solution accroding to ANSI/ISA-88 batch control standard;5. Analyze "ICE 61511:2003 Functional safety - Safety instrumented systems for process industry sector" for SIL assessment;6. Visit India and UK plants with technical training and discussion, including process, equipment, electrical, instrument and control system; 7. Support equipment and I&C vendor investigation and qualification held by procurement department;8. Supervise the schedule and quality of I&C design of engineering company.9. Define SmartPlant Instrumentation (INtools) design specification with instrument engineers and SPI administrator of engineering company;10. Support process engineers of engineering company on instrumentation symbols and identification for P&ID drawing.
