CurrentOrganizations with a neurodiversity employment program (e.g. autism) are seeing significant tangible business results, including:• Improved business performance, greater workplace productivity, a reduction in turnover, and a greater availability of talent• An expansion to their diversity & inclusion program• A stronger corporate brand• An enhanced, purpose-driven culture• An enrichment of their social extension and community programsEqually as important, organizations with a neurodiversity employment program are creating opportunities and changing lives for an under-served population. Yet, implementing a neurodiverse work environment remains a challenge for clients, because traditional recruitment and employment models are ineffective in providing the support necessary for this population to be successful.
