With this collaborative effort, Yayasan Desa Akar Karsa is here to archive as well as reproduce local knowledge as the root for realizing Dieng who is sovereign over its natural and cultural wealth.The idea to take shelter as a legal institution of the Desa Akar Karsa Foundation was then initiated in order to ensure the activities that were already running could be strengthened. Simultaneously, the Desa Akar Karsa Foundation was formed to open up the possibility of accessing public funds. Afterward, the Desa Akar Karsa Foundation would also address the art, culture, literacy, and environment issues in Dieng.
