Bob Sogegian is the CEO of Exovera, a leading provider of open source intelligence and AI-enabled analytics platforms to public and private sector customers worldwide. He has over 30 years of experience in the technology industry, focusing on developing communications, cyber, and AI/ML-related solutions.Bob began his career as a product engineer, working for several major communications technology companies before joining Booz Allen Hamilton, where he rose through the ranks to a Vice president/Partner leading the firm's law enforcement and security portfolio. While at Booz Allen, Bob created technology-focused businesses across multiple markets and was responsible for business strategy, client/market development, talent acquisition, engagement success, and P&L management. Bob joined Exovera as its CEO in 2022.Under Bob's leadership, Exovera is creating a unified AI-enabled platform that allows customers to quickly derive insights from a wide variety of publicly available, custom-curated, and customer-provided data sources. He has redefined Exovera's overall business strategy, hired a new leadership team, created a new product development organization that employs modern software development practices, and is leading a geographically dispersed workforce with resources based in the US, UK, and Denmark. Through these efforts, he has successfully transformed the company from a purely services-based business to a product-first business, complemented by subscription-based advisory services. Bob has extensive experience leading businesses that apply innovative technology to meet mission and business challenges and enable digital transformation. He has built and led multi-disciplinary organizations comprised of highly skilled engineers, developers, analysts, and consultants in delivering client solutions related to cloud services, AI, cyber security, and specialized communications capabilities. Bob has worked with engineering organizations to develop multi-year strategies, create technology and product development plans, optimize rapid development and deployment processes, and partner with clients to establish organic technical capabilities to ensure enduring success. In addition, through his extensive engagement with international security and law enforcement communities, Bob uniquely understands the legal/ policy landscape and its intersection with technology as it applies to privacy, lawful access, cyber, and insider threats. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master's in Technology Management.
