Responsible for building the group and developing overall direction, staff, architecture, processes and strategy. Managing a team of engineers, developers and BA’s/PM’s and external vendor supporting all lines of business and over 300 applications. Created and implemented an engagement model, project onboarding and management processes utilizing standard repeatable methodologies, while delivering project on time and within budget.

Responsible for re-defining and determining the longer term strategy of the EPO, including Enterprise reporting, data analysis and metrics reporting across all major accounts. Focus applied to defining standard repeatable processes, methodologies, software/tools and metrics.

Led operations team and outsourced relationships, encompassing managers, direct reports and over 100 outsourced personnel, Remote Data Centers, Wintel and voice support, Remote Access services, Application Hosting Infrastructure and all client based infrastructure. Full budget responsibilities for client hardware and delivery services across enterprise, multi-million dollar outsourced services relationship, acquisitions, integrations and divestitures. Established training and career development of staff and set priorities for team ensuring project completion.

Responsible for developing a multi-phase program to address security, storage, auditing policies, and expiration actions for business records in accordance with compliance regulations to adhere to federal mandate. Core responsibilities included leading a cross-functional team in developing the business case, project plan, and Executive deliverables to bring closure to the business problems. Led an Enterprise effort to analyze and deliver a business case to Executive management delivering over $15M in savings through consolidation and efficiencies of the Enterprise Document Output environment.

Managed a team of 7 business analysts, engineers and architects who’s responsibilities included all email messaging, RightFax infrastructure and anti-virus technologies encompassing 20,000 seats across 1,300 locations. RightFax infrastructure consisted of over 300 channels and volumes of over 10,000 faxes per day.

Responsibilities included manage and set the direction for email, RightFax, web infrastructure, including core standards and development. Infrastructure managed included over 200 web servers that hosted all web based applications including online banking, intranet, core enterprise applications, line of business applications and single sign-on infrastructure.

Solely responsible for all client and server Windows based operating systems and server based applications, including Exchange 5.5, SMS 2.0, PeopleSoft and Citrix systems. Designed, managed and upgraded all local and wide-area networks across the enterprise.

Lead engineer/architect for the regional office. Successfully led a team of engineers and project management efforts in a migration to Lotus Notes 4.5 for a global nutritionals company. Architected and implemented a LAN/WAN network infrastructure for a regional financial institution including ATM technologies and all connectivity for 300+ locations.
