Having spent over 20 years in the Construction and Plant Hire Industry many of which were spent at Director level I decided to move into the Charity sector. I wanted to make a difference and use my business skills to help organisations become sustainable within the third sector. The decision was based upon having two sons with a rare condition, MPSII(Hunters) and wanting to make a difference to their lives and that of many othersI am currently the Group CEO for the MPS Society and Rare Disease Research Partners as well as Chair of LSD Global, Fabry International Board Member, PMCPA Appeal Board Member and several other global roles.I also provide motivational speaking services worldwide including to many pharmaceutical companies using my 25years on a "Rare Journey" with my family. This is not a job for me but a way of life and it is about a "Rare Life Lived Better" for all that I serve
