Led a five person development group for a publicly traded REIT with a concentrated portfolio in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Managed the completion of ongoing development projects and future redevelopment opportunities within the existing portfolio.

Baltimore, Md

Implemented the expansion of the Brightview Senior Living portfolio in the Mid-Atlantic and New England regions. Responsible for all activities related to site selection and entitlements as well as internal investment committee approval of potential projects. Product types included independent living, assisted living and memory care.

Located and identified acquisition and development opportunities for family owned real estate investment company in the Southeast and Mid-West. Directed all activities from deal sourcing through closing.
