Connect advisors with practice succession and practice acquisition opportunities and facilitate discussions to close deals and implement agreements.Served initially as Managing Principal (MP) for the Houston RPO and then as Regional Director (RD) for the Houston RPO, Dallas RPO, and Kansas City RPO prior to being named RMD. MP and RD responsibilities included sales supervision, sales growth, recruiting, and coaching/mentoring financial advisors on skill development, LFA’s Sagemark Private Wealth Services financial planning process, and practice growth and development.Bob holds FINRA series 6, 7, 8, 24, 63 and 66 registrations, Life and Health Insurance licenses, and is securities registered in TX.
