• Review payroll data; negotiate benefits with plan providers; monitor COBRA; administer worker’s comp & unemployment claims

Operated a small law practice with concentration in Corporate, Real Estate and Employment Law while also acting as General Counsel to Flori Foods, Inc.

Law Clerk to President Judges D.T. Marrone and John E. Stively, Jr. Performed legal research and wrote draft legal opinions explaining Judges' decisions
