Recently Retired! Experienced in leading/managing/running start-up companies with a focus in Asia. Experience from start-up thru transfer of company operations from US to Taiwan; & then helped as part of the Executive Team that brought Alcor thru the IPO stage as one of the founders (Alcor Micro Corp). As a Key executive, I participated in Developing company revenues from scratch to nearly $100 million/year for last 3 companies that I was involved with (Alcor, Northstar Systems, and Pan International Corp) thru targeted account development of major OEM customers. Previous Design work in Engineering/product development roles at various large companies (Apple computer, Northstar Systems, Memorex, General Dynamics). Northstar was a key Asian OEM/ODM Contract mfg for the computer, consumer electronics, industrial & interconnect industry. Alcor Micro is a key semiconductor peripheral chip supplier for the OEM computer industry. Major customers includes most PC & peripheral OEM's, including: Apple, HP, Palm, Compaq, Gateway, DELL, Asus, Foxconn, Sony, Bose, Mitsubishi, Alps,Transcend, Medion Systems, Acer, Toshiba, Lite-On, Lexar, Sandisk, Mitsumi, Compal, etc. Primary responsibilities included leading the company sales/operations/business development teams to create revenue, products & relationships.
