I’m Bob Tucker and I’ve built a career centered on a growth mindset, continuous learning, and leadership that respects and values the unique talents of others. My roles have had progressive leadership in three distinct areas – HR technology, health & benefits, and sales.Starting my career as a computer programmer, I gained knowledge from designing and deploying technology. I was promoted to lead enterprise ERP projects and led SaaS deployments for commercial organizations.I have continually gained expertise in the health & benefits space including 401k’s/pension, executive benefits, global benefits, healthcare navigation, benefits administration, and voluntary benefits. Early in my career, I built benefit technology solutions. Later, I helped a healthcare start-up find partners and design a go-to-market strategy. Today, I work on benefit, population health management and financial and total wellbeing strategies for clients.I’ve held commercial/sales leadership roles for the past 15+ years. I created the first sales operations function at a large consulting firm where I was responsible for optimizing growth through analytics, CRM, competitive intelligence, account planning, territory mapping, opportunity management and sales compensation. My current market facing role is focused on building strategic partnerships and selling through channels. I’m directly responsible for pipeline and sales growth through broker and consultant channels where I’ve beat targets annually.In my free time, I enjoy reading, racquet sports and traveling with my family.
