We also empower the User Ops team to deliver stellar experiences to Stripe users through structured and useful content.InfraIn Infra, we work on the systems, tools and machine learning models for User Ops in close collaboration with Engineering. Leading the Google for Work Vendor Strategy team based in Mountain View, New York, Dublin, Tokyo and Sydney responsible for vendor management, overall outsourcing strategy, the finance and business operations (including OPEX plans, forecasting and headcount growth), workforce management and scheduling, and the quality of the customer experience.

Responsible for growing our vendor ecosystem by launching new vendor sites in LATAM, EMEA and APAC, rebuilding the RFI and RFP process to target new vendors, launching 24x7 phone and email support in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and increasing the number of supported languages. Improved the core performance of multiple vendor sites in terms of CSAT and productivity while reducing the cost significantly.
