The captain and person with ultimate responsibility on board of the floating fleet in ownership of Heesen yachts.Responsible for creating and developing crewtraining as part of the Heesen Academy:- Developing the crewtraining and professionalise for internal and external use.- Coördinating and responisble for the planning and execution of the crewtraining.- Adjusting the crewtraining to the specific needs of the project or personnel.- Creating and developing the ‘Crewtraining Service’ for the existing fleet of Heesen yachts.Creating safety guidelines in agreement with the department QHSE and the Delivery Manager.- Ensuring all certification is in order for personnel as well as equipment.- Responsible for safety briefings and communication to all involved personnel- Quality control (safety, cleanliness and order).- Supporting the Delivery Manager in the preparations for the sea trial and delivery of the yacht.Coaching the Heesen project teams to ensure that the yacht complies with local (and international) regulations and with the applicable protocols within the organization.Implementing process improvements to ensure business development.
