What I do: I help families meet their financial goals.I have been a part of the financial services industry since 1977 and joined Wells Fargo Advisors in 2016. I focus on clients' goals and concerns, offering the goals-based wealth management process, global resources and up-to-the-moment Web technology that complement my ability to help clients pursue the financial lifestyle that is most meaningful to them.I am a problem solver who works to simplify high net worth clients' financial lives. I assist clients in identifying and prioritizing their various goals—including estate planning services, investments, wealth transfer and retirement income—then developing strategies that may be customized to suit their personal circumstances and their own unique feelings and attitudes. I work hard to gain clients' trust and am committed to helping optimize their resources so they can make the most of what they have.I have a bachelor's degree in Economics from Davidson College and a Law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. My wife Betsy and I live in Winston-Salem, N.C.
