Prior task - Developed the Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) DOTMLPF assessment on behalf of USAICoE and DA G-2. Led a broad and diverse working group of Army and Intel Community players to provide the fundamental baseline for the Army’s way ahead for OSINT capabilities.Formerly the Project Leader for Relevant ISR to the Edge (RITE) intelligence capability development project. My team developed a Concept and Requirements Strategy for RITE and an Information System (IS) Capability Development Document (CDD) for a new collection capability called Tactical Mesh Sensor System (TMS2). Formerly the requirements determination team leader for Persistent Surveillance System-Tethered (PSS-T) capability development. Also worked on Aerial Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) and Task Force Observe, Detect, Identify, and Neutralize (TF ODIN) capabilities. Provide recommendations for adoption of quick reaction capabilities to become enduring capabilities. Influence doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership, personnel, and facilities (DOTMLPF) via the requirements determination and DOTMLPF impacts assessment process.

Retired 1 August 2016 with 33 years of Reserve Component service. Last assignment was Assistant Chief of Staff for Intelligence (G-2) at the 311th Signal Command (Theater) - Voice of the Pacific! 311th SIG is responsible for all Army communications in the US Pacific Command area of responsibility. Our subordinate commands are in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Korea and Japan. 311th commands the DODIN Operations and Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO) elements in the U.S. Army Pacific area of responsibility. My staff section is responsible for all aspects of intelligence support to cyber operations, personnel security, and information security for the command.

In addition to being a capability developer, I am a drilling Army Reservist. I commanded 5th Battalion-104th Regiment at Fort Huachuca. 5-104th is the largest of five battalions that instruct military intelligence courses for the reserve components. I just successfully concluded a three year command tenure in December 2013.
