XTM International is a leader in web 2.0 translation technology with customers all around the globe. Our product XTM, is a powerful translation management system and computer aided translation (CAT) tool, that is accessed via a web browser, and is intuitive to use. XTM is available either as licenced software for installation on a customer’s server or as a pay as you go service via the web.I am also a director of Mela Solutions a software company specialising in medical solutions. We have departmental clinical management systems for intensive care units, paediatric intensive care, pain, outreach and tissue viablity teams installed in over 100 hospitals across UK and Ireland.During my career I have enjoyed living in South America while working for Coats Viyella. I also set up and ran Mela Computers an Apple dealership and was a founder director at RedNET, one of the first internet service providers in UK.Specialties: Setting up, growing and running IT Companies.
