I oversee all the Engineering areas (Design eng., Media eng., Maintenance eng., Earth Station and Transmission) for the Disney | ABC Cable Networks Group in Burbank, CA. My group handles all of the design, building and sustainment for the playback and delivery of the following 5 networks; Disney, Disney XD, Disney Jr., ABC Family and SOAPnet. This includes all SD and HD with both East and West coast feeds for a total of 16. Our facility is a file-based environment, so this is where my Media Engineering team (which is the best on the planet!) automates the workflows to release other teams resources to perform higher priority functions and needs.

Oversaw a team of about 45 people that consisted of multiple Traffic departments, Earth Station transmission and Operation support staff. Supervised this staff and build the most efficient and diverse team of satellite technology, fiber infrastructure and broadband personnel in the industry. Project managed all future dealings with ESPN, ABC and or third party vendors for software packages or modules that interface with the Operations department.
