I began my real estate career with Cushman & Wakefield and helped found Oxford Commercial, Inc., in 1992.❖My corporate representation projects have included BuildASign, Silicon Laboratories, car2go, Capital Metro Transportation Authority, and Plains Capital Bank. Other clients include Catellus Development, Seton Healthcare Network, The Contemporary, Ballet Austin, Capital Area Food Bank, Johnson & Johnson, and Miller Brewing Company.❖A major project in which I am involved is the marketing for the redevelopment of the former Robert Mueller Airport of Austin, Texas, which began in 2004 and continues today. My team works for the master developer, Catellus, which has converted the 700-acre site into a new urbanist, mixed-use project.Mueller includes commercial buildings, 600,000 SF + retail, the Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas, over 800 single-family homes, the 155,000 SF Seton Healthcare Headquarters, 140 acres of parks, over 1,200 multifamily units, and the 14-acre Dell Pediatric Research Institute at the University of Texas.I was accepted as an individual member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors in 1997.
