- Stanby on site (shifting) for maintain and monitor all utility and facility of Data Center (PAC,UPS, Fire Supression, CCTV).- Supervising all sub contractor activities.- Coordinates with third party vendor for preventive dan corrective maintenance.- Daily, weekly, and monthly report of Data Center utility.- First handling troubleshooting of utility.- Assist NOC in change operation according to the NOC requirement.- Daily routines provide support problem PC, Laptop, Printers, CCTV for End User.

- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of devices at customers in accordance with Service Level Agreement (SLA).- Install, configure and maintain network devices (Mikrotik, Cisco, Ubiquiti).- Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases.- Documentation network topology, IT administration config, and IT asset management.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to radio frequencies and telecommunication systems.
