I moved to Crimson, the sister company of Redcomm, where I joined a small but dynamic team of around 15 people. From the moment I arrived, I felt a strong sense of belonging and an eagerness to grow. At Crimson, I gained invaluable experience and insights:+ Lean Team Dynamics: I learned how to effectively manage and execute projects with a lean team, ensuring not only that the job was done but that it was done well.+ Broadened Expertise: My role expanded beyond digital marketing as I delved into public relations, enriching my skill set and perspective.+ Brand Management: I handled a diverse portfolio of over 30 brands (local and international), including Dulux, Samyang, Kecap Sedaap, OCBC NISP, Kemenpar, Tokopedia, Grab, Red Hat, Indomie, Komodo, Ciptadent, Zinc, and etc.+ Successful Pitches: I actively participated in numerous pitches, securing several new brands and projects for the company.+ Building Foundations: I established the foundational elements of the account management function, including SOPs, workflows, KPIs, a clear vision and mission, & etc.At Crimson, I didn’t just focus on my job description or role; I adopted a founder’s mindset, giving 101% to contribute to the company’s growth, both internally and in terms of business development.
