A career in Engineering has always been my goal. Having the opportunity to solve problems, and create better manufacturing methods is a very rewarding experience. I've been lucky to work with many talented people, leaders, and teams over the years, in a variety of engineering roles. From machining operator to manufacturing engineering, this has allowed me to build a wealth of practical, scientific, and theoretical knowledge. Using that knowledge to participate and effectively lead highly successful teams is a very motivating experience. It also drives you to learn more. More recently, I've had the opportunity to focus on Quality engineering and Quality assurance for the supply of products in the automotive industry. This is exciting for me, both learning about and experiencing the complexity and constantly changing requirements of modern automotive supply chains.
