For PV microinverter in the design stage, to plan and perform tests to figure out all the threads, the tests include performance, compliance, stability, reliability, operation bug.• For PV microinverter in the production stage, to form a team and including members as RD, PE and manufacturing QA/QC to find an issue's root-cause and repeat it in laboratory or production line, and then perform validation after getting the solution. • Customer complaints taking care, RMA confirmation, Failure analysis report (FAR) to customers.

• Define test plan and review test report, include tests of performance, reliability, regulation, and production process.• Arrange manpower for projects and review test reports for new products and ECN.• Deal with the customer complaint and RMA; drive the team (RD, QA, PE) to get a result/solution.• Detent the relationship with customers, and collect marketing news from customers (Installer or Distributor).• Provide training documents and technical support for customers.• Support international exhibitions and customer contact in USA, India and South Africa.

• Plan and establish a test laboratory for design quality section.• Define a complete test plan for solar inverter, and specific the test procedure and criteria.• Arrange manpower for projects and review test reports for new products and ECN.• Lead and train members for failure mode analysis and 8D.

• Ensure quality of new product development by Six Sigma, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP tools.(TS16949)• To keep the supplier's products quality, need to audit supplier's manufacturing process and quality system, make evaluation scheme and audit on site.• Collect and analyze customer feedback problem and to discuss internally with RDs and suppliers by following 8D process.
