In my role as Managing Partner, I am responsible for strategic direction, managing and developing key partnerships, brand and business development and client engagement for the firm. I also lead the firm's Business Consulting, Human Resource Consulting, Organisational Transformation, Search and Selection, Accredited Learning, Consulting Tools and Corporate Governance practices. I have led several consulting briefs for a variety clients including large global corporates, large and small Not-For Profits and several SMEs across Africa, focusing on strategic re-envisioning, organisational restructure, C-level search and selection, leadership development, corporate governance, people management and business innovation projects. I have also spearheaded our work in designing, developing and delivering various learning and development programmes including board and senior management retreats, strategic planning sessions, leadership and certification programmes and other learning engagements for senior management personnel across the continent.My typical day involves working with senior leaders to transform their organisations by unleashing potential and maximising individual, team and organisational performance and effectiveness. My focus areas include strategy and implementation, organisational re-envisioning and restructuring, culture, governance, people management and leadership development.

Our clients include large global corporates, large and small Non-Profit organisations and several SMEs in the United Kingdom. We provide our expertise to clients in a variety of areas including strategic re-envisioning, organisational restructure, C-level search and selection, leadership development, corporate governance, people management and business innovation.
