Responsible for managing procurement operations and strategic sourcing for Indirect Procurement (Non-Production Items) covering Capex & MRO, Marketing and Business Services for West Africa (Nigeria, Ghana, CDI and French West Africa countries)Supporting and driving Procurement, Supply Chain and overall business growth agenda in each of the Business Units of the Multi Country Organisation (MCO)Procurement contact and business partner to MCO countries across all Categories and PortfoliosManagement of Multi Country Organisation (MCO) Supply network-Supplier relationship management with focus on service, quality, reliability and responsiveness-Integration of supplier’s capabilities, logistics, and service requirements into MCO business requirements-Development of contingency plans and alternatives to ensure supply security for the businessTranslation of price trends into local conditions (tariffs, taxes, logistics, etc) and communication of price to Finance team as an input to the business planExecution of Global/Regional sourcing strategies and programs in the MCO-Integrate and implement global/regional sourcing strategies with business demands, balancing timing and conflicting interestsDrive and support the implementation of VIP savings and creditor terms for the MCOAlign Procurement programs to deliver on MCO business objectives-Ensure satisfaction of internal customers with services provided by the procurement-Provide operational feedback during supplier negotiations/selection-Efficient, timely and transparent communication to internal customersManagement and coordination of procurement resources and leveraging the supplier network for all portfolios and categories to deliver on supply chain and MCO targets-Establish clear and measurable goals that challenge team to continuously improve-Lead team to meet goals and objectives in support of the overall business strategy -Provide coaching and mentor resources to develop a high performing team
