After that I started educating myself in female focussed preventative health care. Now, I am a specialist in helping women balance their hormones, regulate their cycles, heal their PMS, and boost their energy! 🙋🏻‍♀️For the past 4 years I have specialized myself within female health, and have been helping many women thrive within their wonderful female bodies. 💕✅With more than 120 hours of education done within female health, ✅290 hours of education in yoga, breathing, mindfulness and female focused yoga (including a yoga teacher training),✅30 hours of education within human psychology, behavior and habits✅46 hours of 1:1 coaching women I believe in a holistic approach that focuses on the fundamentals that have the biggest impact, with a female focused approach. A yearly program that is divided into four modules based on the four phases of the female menstrual cycle and the four inner seasons of a women.To create this yearly program I used the Design Thinking Framework, The Lean Startup Methodology with an Open Innovation approach. I did in depth research (both field and desk research) by using a funnel. The findings from the desk research, were tested via a survey done by the target audience (young adult women age 16-25) and adult women (age 25-35). The most interesting findings were then tested via focus groups with the target audience. The research was about the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health of our young adult women. The innovation is co-created with the target audience via workshops and brainstorm events and with experts in the field.
