Since graduating high school I've spent my time in a number of roles in the automotive and hospitality industries, as well as spending time in higher education. Ultimately, my time in non-career type occupations encouraged me to pursue my Bachelor of Civil Engineering to serve a higher purpose and achieve a more successful, comfortable and sustainable lifestyle. A much appreciated side effect however was the fortitude and consitution that came from performing in these roles, as well as the interpersonal skills that a lot of others in my chosen field tend not to prioritise. I honestly can't see myself doing anything other than Civil Engineering and as such I enjoy almost every minute of every new topic I am fortunate enough to learn, as well as any chance to apply the knowledge and experience I have already garnered.
