My duties include:- Assisting US Proposal Managers, Writers, US Firm client strategist or Client Service Pursuitleaders with assigning, overseeing and completing all tasks associated with preparing proposaldocuments in response to (RFP/RFQ/RFI) specifications to include:i) Identify and interpret all proposal instructions.ii) Communicate with Proposal Manager/Client Strategist on scope clarifications and requirements.iii) Assist with arranging or developing proposal first draft, and populating proposal templates shell with content using specific tools and channels within the organisationiv) Conduct complex searches for proposal related content ;answer FAQs and manage best in classcontent via proposal content library, conduct other proposal related research in PwC internal sourceas requested.v) Work with proposal teams, strategist and other internal teams to conceptualize what they aretrying to convey and the best way to visually communicate that information through graphics.vi) Reviewing text-based content and making judgements based on policy guidance.vii) Performing research in PWC internal sources to help develop content for client proposals , withlimited opportunity to write/create original content.viii) Proofreading of proposals: Reviewing content, typically prior to submission of proposals torecognize and fix any spelling, grammer or structural issues in the content.
