Oak Water Ranch is a locally owned & operated hog farm in Guntersville, Alabama. Established in 2021, OWR is dedicated to providing a top quality herd for both brood & meat stock. Our pork is all-natural: hormone, steroid, and antibiotic free. All of our hogs are raised the old-fashioned way: with traditional, sustainable farming methods. Our current offerings include the sale of piglets for both performance and production, as well as our Swine Finishing Program, in which we offer market-ready hogs and USDA inspected pork products to consumers.

(System One Holdings, LLC)• Provide direct support by vouchering invoices for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) TEAMSWeapons Missile Systems Engineering (WMSE), Warfighter Integration, and Facilities Management contracts;• Provide additional support by processing invoices for the MDA TEAMS Command, Control, Communications and Battle Management Engineering (C3BM) and Ballistic Missile Defense Systems Engineering (BMD SE) contracts;• Analyze associated costs for each invoice and ensure there is sufficient funding for corresponding purchase orders (POs);• Utilize Deltek Costpoint to create vouchers to pay subcontractors for time, materials, services, and travel;• Maintain updated certificates of insurance (COI) data as well as representations and certifications for subcontractors in Deltek Costpoint;• Interface with subcontract administrators (SCAs), project control specialists, project managers, and subcontractors to handle funding issues and facilitate the accurate and timely submission of invoices for payment approval;• Assist teammates by using Microsoft SharePoint to track subcontractors’ compliance of company procurement policies with reconciliation reports per their contracts;• Provide payment status updates for subcontractors as requested;• Prepare weekly procurement metrics reports for management review.
