Manage multiple projects, evaluate accurate staffing needs to meet project deadlines, including the recruiting and hiring of additional staff for overtime. Develop on-site scanning team procedures that include scanning with LAW and the creation of ready to go scanning kits. Trained employees to use LAW to prepare them for a fast paced, unfriendly discovery. Convert the files if necessary and print them out using ZPrint and other software to fulfill blowback and to produce discovery requests. Provide fast and accurate level one phone technical support to our clients with basic use of Summation, load file manipulation, data conversion and ZPrint operation. IPRO administration from creation of new document collections to OCR’ing, endorsing and exporting images to multiple database formats to meet client requirements. Familiar with scanning operation of IPRO Scan Premium and Copy+ and basic database creation in Concordance. Use LAW to load images and use the backend database to manipulate tables and coded fields to match up load files and bates numbering. Constant development of new techniques and procedures for file and data conversion for each unique case, client, software and hardware specifications. Telephone calls with clients either external or internal to accurately ensure project completion.

Heavy use of LAW for scanning and managing all images for all projects on and off site. Maintain Summation database for all of the firm’s cases including keeping trial laptops up to date and ready to go. Develop sales quotes for all clients and maintained an organized system of filing for all correspondence. Participated as a vendor at the 2004 AIIM show and generated quality leads. Manage hiring and training of new employees and temps when needed to ensure all projects are completed on time. Create schedule of project overview to consistently reach the goal on time or early. Develop all marketing efforts from the design of the brochure to the organization of the bulk mail.

Develop PowerPoint presentations, Excel Spreadsheets and other graphics for use in trials. Maintain and update weekly the firm’s website with the newest marketing information and legal news. Responsible for the setup of new computers and servers, keeping the office IT solutions updated and running, and configuration of computer network to maximize the office productivity. Planned and executed a successful office move while minimizing the downtime of all critical systems including phones, emails and website. Design a complex spreadsheet for tracking the firm’s billable hours by employee which was also used to calculate yearly bonuses. Use of TABS III billing software to keep track of hours and knowledge of administrative functions to print out clients’ bills and reports. Maintain office functionality by working with accounts payable to solve vender problems, in charge of all office equipment maintenance and communications systems, and training of all new employees in all systems.
