- Provide hands-on HR support for our globally increasing team, acting as a first point of contact for employees and managers in operational and administrative questions - Work closely with managers to understand and resolve local issues- Facilitate orientation and onboarding for new employees- Organise different trainings & workshops, and provide support in team-building events of various magnitude- Work with the business to develop proactive solutions to recurring team challenges- Review HR processes and suggest changes to improve efficiency and scalability- Complete any necessary operational and administrative responsibilities- Support in implementing People & Culture initiatives and projects- Build and develop HR processes and policies- Conducting exit interviews and facilitating off-boarding

- Coordinate recruitment, selection and on-boarding process in collaboration with HRBP and line managers- Participate in implementation of HR practices, solutions to create candidate- and employee experience- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management- Create content to social media employer sites (Facebook, Heineken career site, LinkedIn, etc.)- Participate in implementation of employee experience, employer branding, employee engagement and well-being frameworks and solutions- Participate in and organize employer branding related events and competitions- Support HRBP in administration of HR processes
