In early 2022, I was promoted to manager of enterprise excellence a team of 10 scrum masters reporting to me. This was a great opportunity to play an even larger role in people development and growing PMI's organizational effectiveness.

Following the acquisition of Disciplined Agile Inc. by PMI in 2019, I joined the organization as the training development lead for PMI's agile courseware. This was an exciting shift where we suddenly had access to a much broader global audience of more than half a million PMI members.

After leaving T4G, I met the co-founders of Disciplined Agile (DA) and they offered me the opportunity to join their team. At the time, DA was an agile global thought leader that later was acquired by PMI In 2019.In my role as an agile team and enterprise coach, I primarily worked on the agile transformation at the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC). I also co-developed the DA certification and training classes.

While running my own company, I was approached by the VP of Development at T4G to join as the director of development on the West Coast. In this entrepreneurial role, I grew T4G’s revenue in Western Canada in parallel with coaching the development team to greater agile maturity, self-sufficiency, and value delivery capabilities.

While at EPAM, the idea was born to start my own agile coaching consultancy. After two years, I left and founded Agile Mentorship Inc. Running my own business, I consulted at TELUS, Boeing Labs, Eventbase, and CA Technologies (now Broadcom) helping the organizations formulate their agile transformation roadmap and maturing their agile teams.

After Best Buy, I wanted to pursue a full-time agile coaching role and joined EPAM’s team of agile consultants. I was primarily engaged as an agile team coach at TELUS where I guided their IT teams in Western Canada from waterfall to Scrum in a short amount of time.

In 2007 I moved from Denmark to Canada and started as project manager with Best Buy Canada. After a couple of years, I moved on to become a scrum master and agile coach and was the first to introduce an agile way of working to the company’s many waterfall development teams.
