With over 30 years of work experience, I am a professor in organisation and sustainability at the University of Exeter, where I teach, research, and supervise students on topics such as climate change, business ethics, organisation, governance, and environmental justice. I am also a co-editor of the Journal of Business Ethics (JBE) Environment and Business Ethics section, and an associate editor of the Organization journal, where I contribute to advancing the field of business ethics and organisation studies. I have published more than 100 articles and books, and I am skilled in workshop facilitation, qualitative methods, and stakeholder engagement. My core competencies include critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication. My mission is to inspire and empower the next generation of scholars and practitioners to address the complex and urgent challenges of sustainability and social change. I value diversity, inclusion, and innovation. I believe we need a new level of social imagination to be able to tackle today's urgent challenges. Another, better world is just around the corner.
