We have leased all three buildings and have gotten two on the Historical Register. -Involved with the Grace Neighborhood Restoration Project, a local housing ownership program designed to provide homes for the poor -Worked closely with contractors, and helped organize the renovation of historic homes.-Worked with Brokers in the closing of Real Estate deals

December 2003- 2005-Worked closely with Project Managers in scheduling, estimating, bidding and contracting large scopes of work for Fed-Ex Ground Distribution Center, and multiple other projects.- Organized and scheduled the renovation of new office including the permitting and contracting of Sub-contractors to complete full-scale renovations.
