"Everything is possible!" - No matter what task, whether individually or in a team, for me, where there's a will, there's a way. Especially, challenges others might put on the back burner are a motivation for me. As an American Football player, I am a team player and challenger. I am a thinker and doer with a good strategy and focused power.After six years of university education in Germany, Mexico, and Finland, I finished my studies with two Master's degrees. At the University of Vaasa (Finland), I received a "Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration" and at the European University Viadrina a "Master of Science in International Business Administration". My master thesis on "The Role of Project Management Standardization in SMEs. Analyzing the Linkages between Knowledge Management, Project Management, and Stakeholder Satisfaction" was awarded marks.In particular, my strength in organizing and leading medium-sized teams (youth head coach and department head) contributed to the formation of my profound and solution-oriented communication. In addition, my trilingual education and international exchanges have allowed me to build a solid intercultural competence. This was further enhanced by the double degree.
