I learned how to clean guest rooms, make up their beds in housekeeping, at front office I learned how to make bookings for guests, check them in and out, make payments, make quotations, receiving calls and responding to their enquiries and while at the kitchen I learned how prepare certain dishes and last at the restaurant where I learned how to interact with customers, welcoming them, attentively listening to them, properly and carefully taking their orders correctly and bringing them on time, and I learned how to tidy up the restaurant after customers are done, clearing out and setting tables up.
