Key responsibilities:• Management of all revenue and all sales departments• Development of a new strategy on ad sales kids and ad sales GE for the region• Creation of a local plan for L&M. It is centralized from London today• Launch of local feeds incl. business plans, play out, staff, etc.• Identification of key partnerships on the kids market for CN and Boomerang involving programming, marketing, distribution and ad sales• Staff management

Key responsibilities:• Devise commercial strategy across the Nordic region with London HQ• 5 year completion on going budget plan• Preparation of business plan for reaching budget• Renewal of agreement with key clients i.e. YouSee, Comhem, Canal Digital etc. • Identifying and developing new business areas including digital media platforms• Working close with other departments to maximize revenue and client relations• Staff management
