 Responsible for taking knowledge transfer from Verizon’s outgoing STQ provider. Implement the gathered account specific quoting process for quote generation using Legacy and Verizon delivery Tool Responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of multiple concurrent clients and high value opportunities Responsible for maintaining the SLO of each quote for different accounts. Attend multiple Account Team weekly partner calls for discussing quote status and progress report. Assist quoters with process complexities during quoting and bring to resolution pending quotes

Resolve escalated network incidents for different clients as part of GNOC L2 Team.Responsible for providing technical inputs on change and problem tickets.Actively drive conference calls related to network incidents involving multiple teams.Providing technical support to level 1 engineers for network incidents.

 Providing Cisco product support to Sales Engineers and Partners specifically in the Data Center domain (UCS, Blade Servers, Rack Servers, Nexus 7K ,5K and 2K , Routers , ACE and WAAS ,MDS FC switches) Generate feature comparison and compatibility matrix tables between Cisco and other vendor products using knowledge base and web search engine Provide customer with sizing solutions based on cisco guidelines for his requirements.  Creating Bill of Materials for Cisco products with config set and access key using Netformix Provide VMware related product information, like vSphere licensing, vSAN products, ESXi installers etc Assist and participate in answering Request for Proposals.

 Responsible for real time fault management of IP MPLS core networks Coordinate with third party support group/ISPs ( local and global remote hands ) and customer front office for incident resolution Contribute towards creating a knowledge base through recording of incidents, root cause analysis( problem records and solution( Action Plan ) details that can be used as a ready reference for future incident resolution.

 WLAN management of enterprise clients in APAC ,EMEA and USCAN regions Configuration of Meru wireless controllers and access points through GoToAssist ( also captive portal, failover and redundancy controller configuration ) Beta testing of upcoming Meru softwares and codes and bug filing with product development team Create record of recurring connectivity (related to WEP64/WEP128/TKIP/802.11n) issues and simulate them in lab environment for arriving at resolution ( by analysis of diagnostic logs for authentication and AP boot issues )
