In the design division of R&D department he worked in several complicated and tough Home Appliance projects. He designed system and parts for washing machine, dryer small household appliance and refrigerator.

He lead the team of engineers and designers, active in the fields of system and component design, including body sheet metal and interior-exterior trim in accordance with the FPDS (Ford Product Development System). He initiated the vehicle design process, utilizing program targets of quality, cost, weight, function and timing. He used techniques of FMEA, BOM, DVP&R, developed Class-A surface and solid modeling components using CAD. He worked in Dearborn (USA) and Dunton (UK) Ford Design Studios for the project of the “Transit Connect” Commercial Vehicle.

During his training, he was a worker in the production line, experiencing car production live. And also he worked in every department to enhance his managerial skills, to be able to manage and control the whole production process.
